WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness where the subconscious level of the mind is in a state of hyper-suggestibility. With hypnosis, patterns and programs in your subconscious mind can be changed to allow you to create more of what you really want.
WHY USE HYPNOSIS?
The purpose of hypnosis is to move you towards health and wholeness. You might want to process trauma out of your body, stop a bad habit, be more motivated to reach your goals, increase your performance, or get some relief from chronic pain.

WHY DOES HYPNOSIS WORK?
When you’re awake, only 5% of your brain is conscious; 95% of your brain remains unconscious. That 95% of your brain is where your values, beliefs, long-term memories, patterns of behavior, and fight-or-flight reaction happen. That part of your brain is protected by something called the critical factor. Think of it as the filter for your brain. When new information goes into your brain, it is compared to your values, beliefs, etc. in your unconscious, and if it doesn’t match the programs you currently have, it will get rejected. Those programs, or patterns of behavior, are usually the very first things we learn in early childhood.
With hypnosis, you can change unwanted patterns/programs that govern your life to create more of what you really want, instead of your old programs that may be disempowering, self-sabotaging, and limiting. Hypnosis is a new chance to change old programs you don’t want.
